1. Sn-Zn-Al alloy welding to repair aluminum water tank. 6O% Sn, 35% Zn and 5% Al were put into an iron spoon and heated to melt, and a slender covered electrode was cast. Clean up the oil stain at the crack, polish the oxide film with emery cloth, scrape it off with a screwdriver or a broken saw blade, heat the aluminum to 300℃-40o℃ with a blowtorch (be careful not to raise the temperature too high), and rub the covered electrode at the crack. When covered electrode melts, use a screwdriver to rub the melted covered electrode alloy at the crack, so that the alloy flows into the crack, and then gradually thicken the welding layer.
2. Repair the water tank with adhesive
(1) Clean the cracks with metal cleaner, scrape off the paint, dirt and rust here with a scraper, shovel out grooves along the cracks, and then clean them repeatedly with gasoline.
(2) Extrude component A and component B of XH-II glue in equal amount, then mix with agricultural machinery 1No. glue (the dosage is about 1/3 of the above glue), and repeatedly dry.
(3) Cut off two pieces of broken glass fiber cloth with no oil stain and slightly larger than the groove surface, and coat it with a layer of glue. (4) Stick the fiber cloth coated with adhesive tightly on both sides of the crack, wait for 10 minute-15 minute, then coat a layer of adhesive, and use it after curing at room temperature for 25 hours.
3. Repair the cracks in the water tank with glue infiltration method.
(1) Dry the water tank and drill 3mm holes at both ends of the crack. If the crack is long or bent, drill another hole in the middle or corner, scrape off the crack with a broken strip, and expose the metallic luster.
(2) Dropping 5o2 glue into two holes, riveting with 3mm aluminum rivets to close the cracks.
(3) Drop the glue on the crack, then tap it with a hammer to make the glue penetrate into the crack, then drop the glue and tap it every 30 minutes, repeat it for 2 -4 times until the glue can't penetrate, and leave it for 3-5 hours to use.
