Within fifteen days, the traffic management department of the public security organ in the place where the motor vehicle driver's license is issued or where the illegal act occurs will participate in the study. After attending the study, the vehicle management office took the road traffic safety laws and regulations and related knowledge examination. Those who pass the exam will be deducted.
First, under any of the following circumstances, it is not allowed to apply for large buses, heavy tractor trailers, city buses, medium-sized buses and large trucks:

6. The motor vehicle driver's license has been revoked or revoked for less than ten years;
7. Driving a motor vehicle without a motor vehicle driver's license, causing serious injury or death, and bearing the same or more responsibilities.
