I. Scope of the report
Since April 5, 2022, returnees, especially those from high-risk areas such as Shanghai, Jilin and Guangdong, have failed to comply with the epidemic prevention and control regulations, and have the following circumstances:
Informants do not take the initiative to report to the village;
Informants deliberately conceal the life history of epidemic areas;
Foreigners and returnees who do not declare to enter our county according to regulations;
Home isolation personnel do not implement control measures as required;
Other violations of epidemic prevention and control regulations.
Second, the reward standard
Anyone who reports the above situation and is verified by relevant departments will be given a 300-500 yuan reward as the case may be.
Third, the reporting methods and requirements
Insist on real-name reporting, and the whistleblower should truthfully explain personal information such as name and telephone number. The report management department is strictly confidential and protects the legitimate rights and interests of informants;
The public security organ will investigate the legal responsibility of those who deliberately lie or take the opportunity to falsely accuse and frame others;
If the clue meets the reward criteria, Fangcheng County COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Command will notify the informant to receive the reward. Anonymous reporting is not included in the reward scope.
The contents of the above notice shall be implemented from now on. If the original reward reporting notice is inconsistent with this notice, this notice shall prevail.
