What if a soldier with a collective account does not have a detailed address?

Soldiers with collective accounts have no detailed address, and the parties may consult the talent center or the custody unit. Under normal circumstances, the head of household is the person in charge of the custody unit, and the parties can ask the person in charge of the custody unit to copy the first page of the household registration book, and then the custody unit will affix its official seal, so that the parties can obtain the first page of the household registration book of the collective account, or they can go to the police station where the account is located to issue a household registration certificate with their ID card or the custody unit can issue a collective account without a first page certificate. Article 4 of the Regulations on Household Registration in People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the household registration organ shall set up a household register. Cities, cities and towns with police stations should issue household registration books to each household, and rural cooperatives should issue household registration books. The household registration book and the items registered in the household registration book shall not be distributed to households outside the cooperative, and bribery proves the validity of citizenship.
