Hardware aspect
200 1 Miyun Sub-park with a building area of 30,000 square meters was completed, and the ultra-light aircraft production line, dynamic and static bearing production line and CNC stamping machine tool production line moved into the park for formal operation. In 2002, the "Bo Yan Building" with a building area of 35,000 square meters was completed and put into use; In 2003, Shining Mansion with a building area of 65,000 square meters was completed and put into use. In 2003, Beihang Overseas Students Pioneer Park, jointly established by Zhongguancun Science Park Management Committee and Beihang University, was officially opened and the first batch of enterprises settled in Beihang Science Park. In 2004, "Nantong Beihang Incubator" was officially registered in Nantong, Jiangsu; In 2007, Fujian Branch of Beihang National University Science Park was established in Quanzhou (Nan 'an) Optoelectronic Information Industry Base. In 2009, Jiaxing Branch of Beihang National University Science Park was established in Jiaxing Science and Technology Incubation City, Zhejiang Province.
Soft environment aspect
In 200 1 year, it was recognized as "Peking University Science and Technology Park" by Beijing Science and Technology Commission and Education Commission. In 2002, "Beihang Entrepreneurship Management Training College" was established; In 2002, it was approved by Beijing Municipal Government as "Beijing Software Export Base"; In 2003, it was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education as "National University Science Park"; In 2004, it was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission as "National Software Export Base"; In 2005, Beijing Education Commission and Beijing Industry Promotion Bureau jointly established "Beijing Electronic Information Technology Transfer Center" in Beihang Science Park; In 2005, Beijing Municipal Personnel Bureau and Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission recognized Beihang Science and Technology Park as the first batch of "Beijing Overseas Students Pioneer Parks"; In 2006, Beihang Tianhui Technology Incubator Co., Ltd., as the "National Hi-tech Entrepreneurship Service Center" approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the first enterprise-run technology business incubator company in Beijing, was rated as "Beijing Excellent Science and Technology Intermediary" by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission. In 2007, Beihang Science Park and other Beijing 13 University Science Park initiated the establishment of Zhongguancun University Science Park Alliance, and served as the first secretary-general unit of the alliance; In 2008, Beihang Science and Technology Park was awarded the title of "Advanced Service Organization of Torch Program" at the meeting to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the implementation of the national torch program. In the same year, with the approval of Haidian District Government, Beihang Science Park became the first batch of A-level university science parks in Haidian District and the first batch of Industry-University-Research cooperation demonstration bases in Haidian University Science Park. Electronic information technology transfer platform and software export international exchange and personnel training support platform of Beihang Science Park are listed as the platform construction support projects of Haidian University Science Park, which provide a strong supporting environment for independent innovation of enterprises entering the park.
