The Notice clarifies the amount of subsidies for various groups. In the county (Qingfu Town), the purchase of commercial housing sold by real estate development enterprises will be given a one-time subsidy according to the standard of each set of 200 yuan/square meter, with a maximum of 30,000 yuan per household. Those who meet the conditions of multiple subsidies will enjoy it according to the principle of giving priority to the highest.

In the county (Qingfu Town), the purchase of underground parking spaces sold by real estate development enterprises will be subsidized at 3,000 yuan/month, with a maximum of 6,000 yuan per household. "No more than 6,000 yuan per household" refers to the subsidy of no more than 6,000 yuan per household for the purchase of parking spaces in the same real estate development project, and does not restrict property buyers from purchasing parking spaces in other projects.

Migrant workers in Gaoxian central town (Frye Town, sha he Town, Luochang Town) buy new commercial housing built by real estate development enterprises, and give a one-time subsidy according to 200 yuan/square meter, with a maximum of 20,000 yuan per household; For migrant workers with senior titles, if they buy new commercial housing in the county, they will be given a one-time subsidy according to 300 yuan/square meter, with a maximum of 30,000 yuan per household.

Where college graduates who are employed in Gaoxian County sign labor contracts (employment contracts) for more than three years, pay social insurance for one year, and buy the first commercial housing in Gaoxian County, they will be given a one-time subsidy according to 300 yuan/square meter, with a maximum subsidy of 50,000 yuan.

Increase the amount of provident fund loans

The "Notice" proposes to implement differentiated housing credit policies, reasonably determine the minimum down payment ratio and minimum loan interest rate requirements for commercial personal housing loans, better meet the reasonable housing needs of buyers, and promote the stable and healthy development of Gaoxian real estate market.

Gaoxian county will increase the support of housing provident fund for reasonable housing demand and adjust it according to the partial use policy of municipal housing provident fund. Specifically, it includes: increasing the maximum loan amount for single and double paid employee housing provident fund, and further increasing the amount for paid employee families who have two or more children in line with the national birth policy; Adjust the criteria for determining the number of housing units, and the settled commercial housing loans are not included in the scope of determining the number of housing units.

For enterprises affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, they can apply for holdover of housing provident fund according to regulations, and pay back after the expiration. During this period, the paid employees will normally withdraw and apply for housing provident fund loans, which will not be affected by holdover; If the depositor affected by the COVID-19 epidemic can't repay the housing provident fund loan normally, it is not overdue and will not be submitted to the credit information department as an overdue record.

Optimize the pre-sale conditions of commercial housing

"Notice" shows that Gaoxian will optimize the image progress conditions for the pre-sale of new commercial housing. On the basis that the investment in development and construction reaches 25% of the total investment in engineering construction, the progress of the image of the main building with seven floors and below needs to reach plus or minus zero on the ground; From the seventh floor to the eleventh floor, it must be repaired to the ground floor 1, and from the twelfth floor to the ground floor 2.

According to the document, the county is allowed to pay the supporting fees for urban infrastructure by stages.
