Applicants can apply for a driver's license at their place of residence with their ID cards and residence permits.
-Further relax the driving conditions for people with upper limb disability and monocular vision impairment.
-In order to adapt to the improvement of the physical condition of the elderly, the annual physical examination age is adjusted from 60 to 70 with reference to the practices of other countries. After the implementation of this measure, more than 7 million elderly drivers aged 60 to 70 will benefit.
In addition, the announcement on the test sites for the direct self-study examination of motor vehicle driving licenses came into effect on the same day, in which it is clear that Tianjin, Baotou, Changchun, Nanjing, Ningbo, Maanshan, Fuzhou, Ji 'an, Qingdao, Anyang, Wuhan, Nanning, Chengdu, Qiandongnan, Dali, Baoji, etc. 16 cities (states) will pilot the direct self-study examination of driving licenses for small cars and small automatic cars.
