In order to do a good job in labor service docking and promote the employment of migrant workers, the city has introduced a subsidy policy for migrant workers' employment, and three migrant workers' odd jobs markets have been established in four districts of the city. During the year, 65.438 million labor cooperation bases will be established inside and outside the province. While continuing to implement the subsidy policy for migrant workers' training fees, we will introduce the subsidy policy for initial skill appraisal to encourage migrant workers to improve their skills through various forms.

In addition, in response to the service needs of enterprises to recruit a large number of migrant workers, labor cooperation bases have been established in more than 80 cities including Zhongxian, Changchun, Yichang and Anshun, Guizhou, and four provinces and cities including Gansu and Ningxia have been established in Qingdao. Focusing on batch investment, we actively carried out labor contract cooperation, order training docking and other forms of labor docking activities, which improved the degree of organization of labor input, with an average of 22,000 person-times per year for short-term enterprise docking. In the next decade, it will be difficult to recruit workers for a long time. Until 10-20 years later, China will reach the level of moderately developed countries. Therefore, enterprises in China are facing the dual pressures of difficult recruitment and industrial upgrading, which is also an important period and opportunity for enterprises in China to improve their competitiveness. Only those enterprises that can successfully transform in this change can survive. Secondly, it is also an important reason that the skills mastered by workers are not professional enough and wrong.
