According to the spirit of the Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Beijing (J.R.S. I. Registration conditions

(4) Interview
The employing department shall determine the candidates for the interview according to the ratio of 1:5 from the candidates with written test scores of 60 or above (those below 1:5 shall be shortlisted according to the actual number).
The interview is organized by the school, with a full score of 100. The score is not less than 75 points.
At the same time, organize interviewers to participate in psychological quality evaluation, and the evaluation will be used as a reference for the proposed employment.
(5) Political examination and physical examination
According to the preliminary test (trial) results, written test results, interview results accounted for 30%, 30%, 40% respectively, the comprehensive score is not less than 75 points.
Candidates for political examination and physical examination are determined equally from candidates with a comprehensive score of 75 or above in the order from high to low.
Political examination and physical examination are organized by the personnel department of the school as a whole. The contents of political examination mainly include: candidates' ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance and personnel files; Participants in the physical examination go to the hospital designated by the school for physical examination, and the physical examination standards are implemented with reference to the latest civil service physical examination employment standards.
Applicants who have doubts about the results of physical examination can apply for re-examination at most once in the hospital designated by the school. Those who do not meet the medical examination requirements will be disqualified.
Candidates who give up or fail to pass the political examination and physical examination will be replenished in turn according to the ranking order of post comprehensive scores.

(7) Handling employment procedures.
If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the receiving procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.
The term of signing the employment contract for the first time is five years (service period).
The employment shall be subject to the probation period system, which shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and our city and included in the contract period.
Those who pass the examination after the probation period are formally employed; If the probation period expires and the examination fails, the employment qualification will be cancelled, and the application will be terminated if it involves settlement.
Four. Other explanations
(1) The written test results, interview list, political examination and physical examination, and information on the personnel to be employed are all published and publicized in official website, Beijing Youth University for Politics.

(2) Applicants should cooperate to complete qualification examination, written examination, interview, political examination, physical examination and employment procedures according to the time limit and requirements stipulated by our school.

(3) If the applicant has any objection to the published results and rankings, he shall apply for a review within 3 days after the results of each link are published. The scope of the review includes the omission of comments on the answer sheet, the omission of scores, the recording errors, the input errors and the ranking errors.
(4) Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. In any link, it is found that candidates violate the recruitment regulations, provide false information, forge documents or cheat.
