(2) Demand analysis: investigate the expectation and demand of cadastral information system by cadastral and other related business departments, and on this basis, comprehensively analyze the current business situation and current system operation, and prepare a demand analysis report.
(3) System analysis and design: Based on the preliminary analysis and feasibility study of the system, the overall and modular structure of the system are gradually designed according to the principle of "whole first, then detailed", and the system software design report is compiled.
(4) System realization: according to the requirements of the system software design report, write the program code, and complete the database building task according to the requirements of cadastral database standards and database building specifications.
(5) System integration and testing: integrate and configure modules, subsystems, databases, software systems and system operating environment, and build an actual system and test it.
(6) System acceptance: The competent department organizes an expert group to test and accept the system function, data, reliability, safety, operability, operation efficiency and the integrity of system data.
(7) System operation and maintenance: including sound organization, perfect system, good training, good record, inspection, maintenance and evaluation.
