1. Eight materials are required, 1, and two copies of my ID card (note: the address of the ID card and the household registration address should be the same, otherwise the household registration certificate is required). 2. One original and one copy of my labor contract; 3. My original social security payment record for more than six months 1 copy; 4. One original and one copy of the landlord's ID card; 5. One original and one copy of the landlord's real estate license; 6. Original 1 copy of Notice of Registration and Filing of Shanghai Residential Housing Lease Contract. Note: One original and one copy of the property ownership certificate are required for self-owned property; 7. Personal recent bareheaded two-inch photos, and will take photos at the scene. 8. You also need to bring some money just in case.
Second, the five-step process
1) Check whether your social security has been paid for six consecutive months, and you must pay social security in the last month. You can print the social security form at the social security center near your place of residence, or you can query it online.
2) Bring the original and photocopy of the real estate license and the original and photocopy of the landlord's ID card to the neighborhood committee where you live to issue a rental certificate. Some communities will pay 5% rent tax, so it is best to set the unit price of the lease contract lower and pay the fee once a year; Do a good job in preparing for renting, and the neighborhood Committee will register your housing information and issue a lease contract and an Application Form for Registration and Filing of Residential Housing Lease Contract;
3) Take the lease contract, the Application Form for Registration and Filing of Residential House Lease Contract, and a copy of the landlord's ID card, and go to the community affairs service center near the community to register and file the house lease, and you can get the printed notice of house lease filing in a few minutes; Then consult the place near the staff to apply for residence permit, usually next to the nearby police station;
4) Take the lease filing notice, the original and photocopy of my ID card, the original and photocopy of the labor contract, and the social security payment record for more than six months to the residence permit. The staff will review your materials and make a good registration. If you have not handled other documents in Shanghai before, you need to collect photo information. It can be processed in a few minutes, and you can get a permanent residence certificate in about a month.
5) Evidence can be obtained by myself or others, and the copy of the ID card and receipt of the person who needs to obtain it on his behalf.
