It is said that the scenery along the Chunjiang River is Yan Fang, and the third spring is coming. How can it not be sad?
Crazy catkins dance with the wind, and fine peach blossoms chase water.
The diameter of poplar flowers is covered with white felt, and the lotus leaves in the stream are stacked with green money.
No one has seen the young child with bamboo shoots. The young child in the sand sleeps next to his mother.
If you want to do it, you will end up in spring. The ancients often have spring worries.
In late spring, poplars fall like carpets, lotus leaves look like money, bamboo shoots are hard to see, and ducklings sleep in the sand beside their mothers, all of which are good.

Catkin flying in the wind and falling flowers floating in the water are unique scenery in late spring, but they evoke the poet's infinite sadness. In the poet's pen, catkins and peach blossoms are personified, like a group of snobs. They are completely indifferent to the passage of spring, only know to ride the wind and drift with the flow. This is the cause of the poet's pain. Here, the poet is deeply dissatisfied with the dark reality and depressed that his political ideal cannot be realized. Later, peach catkins became synonymous with general snobs.
