Steps:
1. First, open Baidu, search for "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System", and select official website to enter.
2. Select "Enterprise Information Filling".
3. Select the business license address to be declared every year.
4. Enter the location page and select "Registration of Industrial and Commercial Liaison Officer" for the first time.
5. Fill in the enterprise license registration number, legal representative's name and legal representative's ID number in the annual report respectively. Click "Verify Enterprise Information" after entering.
6. Enter the received verification code. After successful verification, an interface will pop up to prompt you to fill in your name, ID number and mobile phone number respectively. Click "Get Verification Code" again.
7. Fill in the received verification code and select "Login".
8. Select "Fill in Annual Report" after logging in.
9. Select the year to report.
10. Fill in the report according to the business situation of the enterprise and select "Save and Next".
