Yuelu Mountain is located on the west bank of Xiangjiang River in Changsha City, Hunan Province, with Yunlufeng as the highest peak, also known as Lu Lingfeng. It is reported that the west gate of Yuelu Mountain is located on the east side of the West Second Ring Road, west to the sidewalk of the West Second Ring Road, north to Baiyun Road and south to the West Second Ring Road ramp. The total land area of the project is 654.38+10,000 square meters, and the total construction area is 32,300 square meters, including the west gate, visitor service center and underground garage.
According to the planning and design, a new uphill passage will be built from the west gate of Yuelu Mountain, with a total length of 2.8 kilometers and a planned width of 6 meters. As far as possible, the roadway should be protected by ecological greening to avoid the destruction of natural landscape by human traces and not affect the overall image of Yuelu Mountain Scenic Area.
