The pipe factory of Tianjin Pipeline Engineering Group Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Tianjin Pipeline Engineering Group Co., Ltd., which was established in June of 1974 10. It is a first-class general contracting enterprise of municipal public works (anticorrosion and thermal insulation engineering, pressure pipeline GA 1, GB 1, GC 1 production license, hydraulic engineering).
The pipe fitting factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with fixed assets of15.9 million yuan. After more than 30 years' development, it has become a wholly state-owned enterprise engaged in manufacturing, leasing and installing large-diameter longitudinal welded steel pipe steel supports, pipeline anticorrosion, glass fiber reinforced plastic insulation pipes, trenchless pipe jacking heads, deep-water port terminals, subways, civil deep foundation pit steel pipe piles, long-distance water supply and drainage pipe network installation in municipal engineering construction, and supporting construction of roads in real estate communities and indoor pump houses. And in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, there is a branch specializing in the production of steel pipes, which is the core unit of Tianjin Pipeline Engineering Group Co., Ltd.
The pipe fitting factory now has three production lines of 30×3000(mm) large coil plate, numerical control automatic coil plate and welding. It has imported and installed advanced welding equipment from Lincoln Electric Company, adopted double-sided submerged arc welding technology and equipped with advanced detection instruments. Over the years, relying on rich and exquisite quality products, strong technical strength and perfect after-sales service, we have successively participated in the Luanhe River Diversion Project in Tianjin, the water supply project in Development Zone, the water supply project in Xiamen Special Economic Zone, the Yellow River Diversion Project in Zibo, the water supply project in Ningbo, the water diversion project in Shanxi, the expansion of the ninth water source plant in Beijing, the water supply project in Mopanshan, Harbin, the water supply project in Xi Hui Water Plant in Erdos, Inner Mongolia, the water supply project in Taicang, Tianjin, Huainan and Jingtang Port, among which the Luanhe River Diversion Project won the national quality award The third phase expansion project of Beijing Water Source No.9 Factory won the National Silver Litchi Award, the steel pipe manufactured by Tai 'an Medical College won the National Luban Award, and the cable-stayed pipe bridge project of Yongding Xinhe in Tanggu, Tianjin won the municipal highway engineering quality gold medal.
Our factory also has a number of professional anti-corrosion production lines, which can be used for the anti-corrosion production of petroleum asphalt glass cloth, epoxy resin, polyester and coal tar asphalt in pipelines, and the products meet the anti-corrosion requirements of water and gas transmission projects.
All kinds of steel supports manufactured and leased can meet the requirements of foundation pits in various construction operations, and have been widely used in subway tunnels, drainage tunnels and pipe jacking projects in Tianjin and Beijing.
In recent years, with the expansion of business, the construction footprint of "Tianjin Pipeline" has spread all over 26 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China, and the pipe products are exported to domestic and foreign markets. Including a number of loans from the World Bank, ADB and Japan Overseas Cooperation Fund, our factory has developed and expanded in the market through bidding competition.
