★ The center of gravity of content typesetting is unstable
Several problems are prone to occur:
1. A certain part of the page is too crowded in space, giving people a sense of up and down, which is not uniform enough;
2. After switching between different pages, the visual focus is not coherent enough, and the whole work makes people feel confused;
3. The page layout is not stable enough, and there will be a feeling of top-heavy and chaotic deformation.

1. Fill in the blanks by enlarging, adding pictures, or adding icons and color blocks to make the page more full;
2. Try to put the content of each page in the middle of the page, leaving some distance up and down, left and right to make different pages look more unified and coherent;
3. Use lines, wireframes or color blocks and pictures as the base, so that the content looks more stable, the boundaries are more obvious, it is easier to distinguish and easy to read.
★? Error setting shadow parameters.
When I first read some tutorials, I will learn to use shadows, but I have not considered why and when to use them.
The use of shadows needs to consider the style of the work. You can't just click Add Shadow, you need to adjust the parameter values.
Several situations that are prone to occur:
1. The style of the page does not match the work, giving people the impression that the style is not uniform, such as simple and plain, and the style with shading is not uniform;
2. It makes people feel messy and reduces the overall texture of the page;
3. The direction and parameters of shadow are not set, which leads to errors in visual logic, such as some elements shadow to the right and some to the up.

1. The easiest way is to remove shadows, first learn plane typesetting and practice basic typesetting;
2. Read more excellent design works, observe the use methods and parameter settings of different shadows, and think about the advantages and functions of different shadows;

★ There are too many dazzling effects and no rules.
At the beginning of learning, you will be exposed to all kinds of dazzling operations. If no one points it out, it is easy for you to fall into it and study and practice these obscene operations crazily.
There are several questions:
1. There are too many page effects, which are distracting;
2. The style is not uniform enough, which makes people feel unprofessional;
3. Use the effect just to show off your skills, but you don't use the functional effect correctly and reasonably. I don't know when this functional effect is best used;
4. The design is chaotic, and whatever comes to mind is used, and the effect of elements and the rationality of dynamic design are not deeply considered;
5. Affect the phased learning, make people complacent, fail to recognize the shortcomings, but despise concise and error-free works.

1. Remove most of the effects, and make a unified layout according to the style of the work, and delete the complex and simplify it;
2. Recognize that the effect must serve the content, including balancing the page and visual guidance, and cannot interfere with the reading of the content;

★ Improper use of mask.
Many tutorials will teach you to use shape color blocks, add transparency or gradient, and cover pictures for decoration.
If the effect is not good, there will be several problems:
1. The transparency setting is too high, which can't play the role of mask, so that the text and the background image are mixed together, which reduces the recognition of the text;
2. The gradient parameters of the mask are set incorrectly, which does not play a correct role in visual guidance and focuses on errors;
3. The color setting of the mask is incorrect, there is no uniform color scheme, each page is different, or it is not adjusted according to the style and needs of the work;
4. The mask frame was not cancelled, resulting in an embarrassing line frame during the screening;
5. Only use the dark mask, not the light mask.

2. Pay attention to the details such as the alignment and border of the mask, and try to keep the parameters of each page consistent;

★ Improper use of decorative elements
Adding elements that are inconsistent with the content and style to decorate the page will make the page more chaotic.
Common situations:
1. Mix and match elements of different styles, such as micro-stereoscopic elements of Chinese style and flat 3d figures;
2. Stack irrelevant elements, which are added purely to make up the numbers;
3. Excessive use of decorative elements affects the reading of text content;
4. The decorative elements are not uniform enough, and the size, style and color matching are inconsistent.

★ The color ratio of different pages is incorrect.
When designing, I will try to use color blocks to enrich the page, but I didn't notice the proportion of color matching.
Several problems are prone to occur:
1. I don't know the difference between multi-color, two-color and monochrome works, and I can only do works with a certain style and color matching;
2. Some pages have too many colors, and some pages have too few color elements, giving people a sense of confusion;
3. Random use of color blocks as the background, without considering the logic of color use, makes the page bright red and green, and the visual impact is too strong.

2. Different levels of content are interrelated, resulting in ambiguity;
3. Misuse of emphasis, such as changing the color of words and different colors of the same color block, gives people a sense of disunity;
4. The logical order is wrong, such as the time axis from top to bottom, the circular logic counterclockwise, etc. , does not conform to common sense and reading order, logical order has a negative impact.

1. Before making, clarify the logical relationship and unify the settings such as color matching at the same level;
2. According to the logical flow of the content, use the corresponding logical relationship diagram;
3. When using directional elements, such as arrows, don't get the direction wrong.
★ Misuse of alignment or misalignment.
I forgot the alignment between elements when I made it.
There will be several questions:
1. The text is aligned left and right, centered, and aligned at both ends, which is disorganized and overall chaotic;
2. There is no alignment between the title and the text and the elements at the same level;
3. The elements at the same level are not scattered, and the spacing between elements is chaotic;
4. The elements at the same level of different pages are not aligned, and the whole work is not unified;
5. A content uses multiple alignment methods, which does not conform to the laws of visual movement.

1. Skillfully use alignment tools and master the usage of directional alignment and decentralized alignment;
2. When plain text is inconvenient to align, add a wireframe or a color block to assist alignment, which is more unified visually;
3. Elements at the same level are aligned with each other with the same spacing.
★ Decorate with English or Pinyin.
In many templates, there will be a line of English under the title as decoration.
If used improperly, it is easy to have the following situations:
1. Use whatever English is in the template directly, resulting in inconsistency and ambiguity;
2. English translation errors are inconsistent with the content of the title, resulting in ambiguity;
3. I didn't pay attention when I had special requirements. Some PPT can only be translated into Pinyin, while others can only be translated into the specified language.

★ The graphic content is inappropriate.
Sometimes the content is relatively difficult to understand, or it is not your own professional direction. You may not have a particularly suitable picture, and you may insert a picture at will.
It is easy to cause several problems:
1. The picture has nothing to do with the content of the page, causing ambiguity;
2. The visual guidance of pictures is inconsistent with the reading order, which distracts attention;
3. The color of the picture is not processed, which is inconsistent with the theme color matching and appears chaotic;
4. The style of the picture is inconsistent with the style of the work, which is not uniform enough.

★ Misuse of pictures
When using pictures, it is generally necessary to process them in order to unify with the style of the works.
It is prone to several situations:
1. The background picture contains a lot of information, which makes it difficult for us to focus on the text content, such as low polygons;
2. The style and color matching of the background picture are inconsistent with other pages, which leads to the inconsistency of the style of the work. For example, when introducing characters, use gray heads;
3. Use unofficial pictures and misuse other company pictures.

3. The brightness of the picture is not uniform enough, flickering and appearing messy;

★ Improper use of icons
Adding icons can make the work fuller and more professional.

1. icon is too large, which makes people focus on the icon, but ignores the content;
2. The icon is inconsistent with the content, and the icon is only added to add the icon, or the icon on the template has not been modified;
3. The style of icons is inconsistent with the thickness of lines, which is visually confusing and inconsistent;
4. The icon is too bright, which weakens the presence of the content;
5. The base color block of the icon is improperly used and easily confused;
6. Icons randomly add formatting effects, which makes them look messy.

1.logo didn't cut the picture, or didn't turn the vector, just put it on, with background color, which affected the appearance;
2.logo is inconvenient to fill in colors and difficult to operate;
3. The edges are blurred after enlargement or projection, which is not professional enough;
4. Forgot to add a logo, missing key information.
