The third is to report. If citizens find clues about illegal crimes involving telecommunication network fraud, they can report them through this special line. The police revealed that in order to dissuade the masses in time and avoid being deceived, anti-fraud police often call the victims again and again. However, some citizens fell into the trap of swindlers, not only did they not listen to dissuasion, but also regarded the police as swindlers and insisted on remittance until they found out that they were deceived.
