I. Recruitment Plan

This recruitment * * * involves 3 monitoring squadrons, and it is planned to recruit 4 staff members. For information about the recruitment unit, position, number and conditions, please refer to the Recruitment Schedule of Labor Security Supervision Squadron in Shopping Mall in 2020 (attachment 1).

Second, the recruitment target and conditions

The applicant shall meet the following conditions:

1, law-abiding, good conduct, decent style, no record of illegal crimes and violations;

2, love work, enthusiastic service, abide by professional ethics, love their jobs and dedication;

3, good health, can bear hardships and stand hard work, competent for their jobs;

4. The age is 35 years old and below (born on or after May 1984, and the age conditions are calculated by analogy), and the deadline for calculating other relevant academic qualifications or related qualifications is May 202011;

5. Have a permanent residence in Hangzhou (including Xiaoshan, Yuhang, Fuyang and Lin 'an);

6. Have the academic qualifications and professional requirements stipulated in the recruitment position, and the veterans' majors are not limited.

Third, the recruitment process

This recruitment adheres to the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit, and is open to the public. The specific program steps are as follows:

(1) Registration and qualification examination

1. Registration time: from May 1 1 to May 15, 9: 00 am-12: 00 pm-17: 30 pm.

2. Registration place: Room 209, Labor Security Supervision Brigade, Shangcheng District, Hangzhou (No.2 Gangxiang 15, Shangcheng District).

3. You need to bring the following materials when registering:

(1) 1 copy of "Registration Form for Personnel Recruitment of Labor Security Supervision Squadron in Shopping Mall in 2020" (Annex 2);

(2) Two recent bareheaded one-inch color photos;

(3) Original and photocopy of my ID card (second-generation ID card within the validity period) and household registration book (home page and my page, if there is no household registration book, provide the household registration certificate issued by the local police station within the validity period);

(4) The original and photocopy of the academic certificate, and the overseas students should also provide the academic degree certification certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education (China);

(5) Retired soldiers shall provide the original and photocopy of the discharge certificate.

Copies provided by candidates at the time of registration will not be returned.

4. Qualification examination: each applicant is limited to one position, and the Shangcheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will uniformly examine whether the applicant meets the qualification conditions of the recruitment position. Applicants who provide false materials during registration and qualification examination will be disqualified once they are found.

5. If the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of recruitment plans is less than 3: 1, the recruitment indicators shall be adjusted and reduced as appropriate.

6. Get the admission ticket: Applicants who have passed the qualification examination will get the admission ticket according to the notification requirements, and those who fail to get it within the specified time will be regarded as giving up.

(2) Examination

The exam includes written test and interview, and the comprehensive score of the exam is determined according to the ratio of written test score to interview score of 4: 6 (two decimal places are reserved and the mantissa is rounded off). Comprehensive score and ranking in the "Hangzhou Uptown" portal (/,Uptown Information->; Recruitment information).

1, written test. The written test is closed (see the admission ticket for the time and place of the written test), and the candidates take part with the original admission ticket and ID card. The written test content is comprehensive basic knowledge and knowledge of labor security laws and regulations. The written test results will be published online without further notice.

2. Interview. According to the written test results of each recruitment position, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1: 3 (if the ratio is less than 1: 3, the interviewer is determined according to the actual reference personnel of the written test of the position). The interview was organized and implemented by Shangcheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Interview score 100, qualified score 60. Those who fail the interview cannot be included in the scope of medical examination and investigation, and the interview results will be announced on the spot. The interview time and place will be announced separately.

(3) Physical examination and inspection

1, according to the number of job plans, according to the comprehensive test scores from high to low, according to the ratio of 1: 1. Those with equal comprehensive scores and high interview scores rank first. The physical examination work is organized and implemented by Shangcheng District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

2. The physical examination standard refers to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).

3. Those who fail to participate in the medical examination as required shall be deemed to have given up automatically. If the candidates fail to pass the physical examination or give up automatically, they will be replenished in turn according to the comprehensive scores of the candidates.

4. Those who pass the medical examination enter the inspection. The inspection work is organized and implemented by each recruitment unit. If the candidates fail the exam or give up automatically, the recruiting unit will decide whether to make up in turn.

(4) Publicity and employment

After passing the inspection, the list of persons to be employed will be publicized on the Internet for 5 days.

After the expiration of the publicity period, if the problems that are not reflected or the problems are not affected by verification, the employer shall sign a labor contract with the employee according to the Labor Contract Law and other relevant regulations, and implement a probation period. If the probation period fails, the labor contract shall be terminated.

If the employed person fails to report for duty within the time limit without justifiable reasons, or is found to provide false materials that do not meet the qualifications and employment conditions, the employment qualification will be cancelled. When the employment qualification is cancelled, the recruiting unit decides whether to substitute in turn.
