2. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of the China Party and the socialist system;
3. Have good political quality and moral conduct;
4. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;
5. Have the ability to work in line with the post requirements;
6. College graduates or graduate students of 202 1 in ordinary colleges and universities must obtain corresponding graduation certificates (undergraduates should obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates) before taking up their posts;
7. Be interested in working at the grassroots level in villages and towns, have the spirit of voluntary dedication and be able to adapt to the working environment at the grassroots level in rural areas;
8. Meet other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

The following conditions are preferred:
1. party member (including party member);
2. Fresh graduates with military experience;
3. Have you ever worked as a student cadre (in an organization at or above the regiment level, a student union or a graduate student association, and served continuously for 1 academic year) or obtained a department level or above? Qualification examination and confirmation of examiners
The Western Planning Office of the Communist Youth League Committee of the Autonomous Region shall, jointly with the local (state, city) project offices, screen the applicants according to the priority conditions and the conditions required for re-recording positions. Local (state, city) project offices will notify the finalists by telephone, and those who fail the qualification examination will not be notified without further notice.

Examination method: The Western Planning Office of the Communist Youth League Committee of the autonomous region will formulate a unified question bank and supplementary recording standards, and local (state, city) project offices will organize the examination by themselves according to the current epidemic prevention and control requirements;

After pre-admission
After the examination, the local (state, city) project offices will determine the pre-admission personnel from the candidates according to the total score according to the ratio of 1: 1, and make job matching from high score to low score according to the total score. If the previous person gives up the admission qualification, it will be postponed to the next person.

Physical examination and psychological test

Volunteers who re-record the western plan will report to the service place by themselves according to the specified time, and the county-level project office will sign a service agreement after inspection.

Any other business
After signing the service agreement, the volunteers of the Western Plan are not allowed to leave their posts in principle, except for special reasons such as force majeure or employment. Those who leave their jobs during the service period shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations. Due to various factors, there are vacancies in the planned posts in the western region, and local (state, city) project offices can make up or adjust according to the actual situation. The principle of supplementary recording or adjustment is to supplement the corresponding personnel in turn according to the total score from high to low.
