What is the treatment and development prospect of consultants in CUHK?

As far as I know, the remuneration package of CUHK consultants consists of salary+project bonus+other subsidies+year-end bonus, five insurances and one gold, and holiday gifts ~ this was told by my classmates before, but it may be omitted or changed now. Every project needs the prospect of consultants, such as project director, consultant and business analyst. The personal growth stage is basically business analyst → consultant → senior consultant → consulting director. Each step takes an average of one or two years.
