What happened to Shanghai's initiative to reserve materials 14 days?

It is reported that Shanghai is advocating that residents can prepare more materials at home. Personally, I think it is mainly because the epidemic situation is repeated, and every family should take precautions before it happens.

As the saying goes, once bitten, twice shy.

Unconsciously, the epidemic has been raging in the earth where we live for several years, and as far as the current situation is concerned, it can not be solved overnight, so we should take action to prevent the recurrence of the epidemic and lead to the shortage of resources.

Presumably, you should remember that at the beginning of this year, Shanghai was shut indoors and isolated at home because of the epidemic. There was once a shortage of epidemic risk control materials. Not because there is no money, but because there is no money. This is difficult to do, because the inconvenience of material transportation leads to this problem. Now that the epidemic situation is relatively stable, it is necessary to keep all kinds of materials at all times in case of emergency.

I grew up in Wuhan, Hubei Province, and experienced a large-scale epidemic two years ago. As a person who has experienced the epidemic and closed the city, I personally still have great feelings. I saw where you would go, I saw mutual help, and the materials are more worth cherishing. During the epidemic in Wuhan, the city was closed for two or three months, and I will never forget these 76 days.

Because Wuhan has never encountered a similar incident, all residents have no habit of collecting materials. The epidemic is coming, and it is inconvenient for many families to purchase. Although the community bought daily necessities, especially food, for residents in time, it has to be said that the diet is not very free. In this material-rich era, the epidemic situation really restricts people's choices and increases the work of epidemic prevention personnel.

Take the menstrual family as an example. Their family never left the community during the epidemic, so they had to eat whatever the community provided. They are not selective, and they can accept it at first, but they may find it inconvenient gradually, especially if they eat too many ingredients.

Our family will be better. My father is a sanitation worker. Even when there is no one on the street, he will go to clean the street, so he will continue to work every day during that time. Occasionally, he will bring back some hard-to-buy ingredients, saying that they were donated to Wuhan from other places.

After the epidemic ended, most people in Wuhan began to have a good habit of collecting materials, which is a way to deal with the repeated epidemic. Even if there is no similar large-scale city closure in the future, a small number of residents will be isolated at home 14 days without being deprived of food.

Because of the closure of the epidemic, I became a "kitchen god". I learned cooking, cooking noodles, making steamed bread and pancakes, and even learned some big dishes such as sweet and sour pork ribs, braised pork and beer duck, and summarized some experiences in collecting materials.

Regarding materials, my personal suggestion is to give priority to the following materials:

Staple food: rice, flour, dried noodles, instant noodles, etc.

Miscellaneous grains: red beans, coix seed, oats, quinoa, corn flour.

Vegetarian dishes: potatoes, dried yuba, dried fungus, dried mushrooms, etc.

Meat: beef, pork, chicken.

Snacks: Dried fruits and nuts.

Other categories: edible oil, condiments, roll paper, paper pumping, etc.

First of all, I think the most important thing to deal with home isolation is the staple food. For the diversity of food, we should prepare a variety of staple foods, such as noodles and rice. If possible, preparing some coarse grains is also very suitable for cooking porridge to supplement the nutrients needed by the body.

Because of the long time at home, green leafy vegetables can't be stored, potatoes can be stored for a long time, dried products such as yuba, fungus and mushrooms can be stored for a long time, and meat can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time. It can completely cope with the inconvenience of buying materials for two or three months.

The last snack is nuts and dried fruits, because they are healthier than puffed food and plums (such as walnuts and almonds). It can not only satisfy hunger properly, but also be used as a snack at ordinary times and as an auxiliary material when cooking porridge, which is killing two birds with one stone.

In addition, all kinds of spices are also essential. The most commonly used are roll paper and paper drawing, which can't be broken, so we should stock up more.

The above is my humble opinion on the materials. I hope I can help more people. Thank you!
