Citizens, legal persons or other organizations applying for access to government information shall apply to the government information disclosure institution of the administrative organ in written form such as letters and data messages; If it is really difficult to use a written form, the applicant may make an oral proposal, and the government information disclosure organ that accepts the application shall fill in the application form for government information disclosure.
