Fool melon seeds, the founder, was born in Wuhu, Anhui. Born in 1937. He lost his father when he was nine years old, and his family made a living by begging and setting up a stall in Wuhu, Anhui. After he was released from prison, he began to fry melon seeds to make a living at the age of nine. 1972, Nian Guangjiu learned the skill of frying melon seeds from a master named Xiong, and began to fry melon seeds at seven or eight o'clock every night until five o'clock the next morning, and got up around seven o'clock to pack the fried melon seeds. Wait until after work, then go out and sell it secretly. Different from others, the melon seeds sold in Guang Jiu are fragrant, big, heavy and easy to earn, and his peers call him a "fool". The melon seeds he fried are also called "fool melon seeds".
