But mature big brands always put trademarks and identification codes on the guitar wood before painting the original piano, and then paint it. Finally, the trademark and identification code are flat by hand. There will be no skinny. This is the essence of a big factory.
Smooth: basically does not hurt hands.
The big factory is absolutely smooth without hurting hands, and even the joint part of the strings will be humanized.

2, feel:
To put it simply: the lower the string, the better it is to press without hitting. Specifically:

Straightness is the basis of calibrating hand feel, and uneven neck will lead to inaccurate pitch and risk of playing.
Of course, if you play a lot, there will also be a technique of bending the neck slightly to the sound hole surface to prevent playing.

On the acoustic guitar, because there is not much adjustability, this piece is lacking in most guitars. Even some pianos above 5K have this problem. The piano above 10K has not encountered this problem.
From the perspective of labor cost: when I fine-tune the bridge of the acoustic guitar, the ideal state is 1 hour of labor. Normal is 1.5 to 2 hours to complete a fine adjustment. For the factory, I don't know what equipment can deal with this problem quickly.
Judging from the entry-level guitars circulating in the market, there are also guitars with lower chord height, but the overtone of 12 is consistent with the real sound. I haven't found it yet.
The chord height of some musical instruments will be polished with abrasive belt. It is really hard to find a more conscientious merchant to deal with the troublesome manual steps of overtone intonation.
In addition, this process focuses on the processing process in the factory. If the factory can get off the piano bridge, the whole deviation is too big. The post-treatment on the bridge can only improve and make the deviation smaller, but it can't solve this problem.
All pitches: small deviation
Here, after adjusting the reference sound, a more detailed tuner (represented by deviation) is used to confirm the pitch of each string and each fret.
The process here means that each pin must be installed in the specified position. Otherwise, the intonation will be very strange: "It is clear that the tone of the empty string is accurate, how can the sound that pops up is always wrong?"
At this time, you should pay attention to the pitch of the tonic area, such as all strings below 5 frets and 1, 2, 3 strings above 5 frets. Don't deviate too much, because the traditional column will definitely deviate, which is related to basic physics. If there is no deviation, the stitches will be crooked.
So it is normal to have deviation, but it needs to be in a small range. Can't be clearly recognized by human voice.
3. Smooth:
Smoothing refers to all the adjusted parts, and the resistance is smooth and effective.
Knob: smooth
Whether it's a winding knob or a switch knob on the circuit. When in use, the resistance is normal.
For the circuit, the change is normal, and there will be no abnormal sound or poor contact.
Tuning: Effective.
Through the above inspection, we need to check the effectiveness of each circuit component and adjust each component, so that our human ears should have discernable changes. Even wooden ears can hear it.
Otherwise, the component may be damaged.
Sound quality 3 principle
Basically, this is a subjective question. But objectively, because people are of the same sex, some basic elements can be used for reference. Just as people are as beautiful as Qian Qian, it is still a certain rule or tendency to look beautiful.
1, maintain: the longer the better.
As we said, white is rich and beautiful, but not rich and beautiful. White is the basic point. On the guitar, sustain is a basic point.
Long sustain does not necessarily mean good sound quality. But the duration is not long, and the sound quality is definitely not good.
Physically speaking, sustain is the product of suitable materials and processes. If the sound is long enough, it proves that the workmanship and materials of this piano can't be worse.
So, please choose a piano that lasts for a long time.
