Handling of truck pass:

(3) Main urban areas (Shangcheng, Xiacheng, West Lake, Jianggan, Gongshu, Binjiang District and Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone): If the access line involves the main urban areas, the application will be accepted by the municipal industry system (telephone number: 12328, traffic police department 8728283).
If there is no industry system, apply at the approval window of Citizen's Home Pass (Tel: 87008229). Among them, the destination or origin is in Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the route does not involve trucks in other areas of the main city. Rules:
(a) holders of peak passes can apply for full-time passes; Holders of special passes can apply for night passes (from 22: 00 to 5: 00 the next day). Pass failure or no pass, as well as transport of muck, coal, sand, concrete and other engineering transport vehicles will not be handled.
(2) Other districts and counties (cities) [Xiaoshan, Yuhang, Fuyang, Jiande, Tonglu, Chun 'an, Lin 'an and Dajiangdong industrial clusters]: refer to the main urban area for handling rules.
(3) The access line does not involve the trucks in the main city, and the trucks that originally did not need to apply for a pass are accepted by the district, county (city) industry system of the destination or origin (tel:12328); If there is no industry system, apply to the joint examination and approval window set up by the transportation department of the destination or the originating area, county (city) and the public security traffic police department.
Note: The registered vehicles are not restricted by the prohibition of trucks and the "odd and even numbers".
