Both parties to the lease shall, within 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, apply for registration at the house lease management office with their identity certificate, property certificate, lease contract and registration application form;
The leasing personnel shall sign the preliminary examination opinions after reviewing the supervision certificate;
Review the second instance and sign the opinions of the second instance;
Pay the prescribed taxes and fees, and issue the registration certificate of house lease.
Housing lease registration and filing procedures
(1) Both parties to the lease shall register with the House Lease Management Office with the relevant certificates specified above;
(2) The leasing staff shall review the documents, supervise the lease contract, and sign the preliminary examination opinions after the preliminary examination;
(3) On the basis of the first trial, conduct the second trial review and sign the second trial opinions;
(4) After both parties have paid the prescribed taxes and fees, they will issue a house lease registration certificate to the lessee;

Within 30 days after the conclusion of the housing lease contract, the parties to the housing lease shall go through the housing lease registration with the construction (real estate) department of the people's government of the municipality directly under the central government, city or county where the leased house is located.
The parties to the house lease may entrust others to handle the lease registration in writing.
Article 19
If the contents of the house lease registration are changed, renewed or terminated, the parties concerned shall go through the formalities for the change, extension or cancellation of the house lease registration at the original lease registration department within 30 days.
