Jingping Expressway is a two-way 4/6 lane, passing through Huanggang Bridge-Wenyu Bridge (Expressway Airport)-Guantou Bridge (Second Expressway Airport)-Beiwu Town-Dasungezhuang Town-Pinggu City-Xiagezhuang-Dalinghou Tunnel (Jixian County) and other areas. The speed limit of the whole line is 80- 100 km/h, which is a toll road. The first phase of the project was started in 2005, and fees were charged in 2006. It officially opened on June 2, 20081. In 2005, the first phase (starting point to Misan Road) was opened to traffic. Fees began to be charged in 2006. In 2007, the second phase (Misan Road to Terminal) was opened to traffic. Jingping (Beijing to Pinggu) expressway approved the charge 15 years, and the charging standard is:
● Charging standard 19 passenger cars and below 5 yuan, 40 passenger cars and above 10 yuan;
● 0.50 yuan per kilometer for buses with 7 seats or less,10.00 yuan per kilometer for buses with 9 seats or less, and 40 seats or more per kilometer 1.80 yuan;
● The toll mantissa is based on 5 yuan, and "two houses and eight incomes, three and seven are five" is collected. The charging standard shall be implemented from the date of the opening of Jingping Expressway.
