On what platform must the transfer of creditor's rights be carried out?

The transfer of creditor's rights does not stipulate on what platform it must be transferred. According to the Rules on Self-discipline Management of Information Intermediaries of Creditor's Rights Transfer issued by China Internet Finance Association, information intermediaries of creditor's rights transfer should establish a risk management system, audit the information of creditor's rights transfer, ensure that the information is true, accurate and complete, and protect the rights and interests of investors. However, it does not stipulate which platform must be used for transfer.
