Zhoukoudian site is located in Fangshan District, about 50 kilometers southwest of Beijing. It is backed by the rolling Taihang Mountain and faces the vast North China Plain, where a small river gurgles. It is rich in natural resources and has a warm and pleasant climate. Beijing people lived 500,000 years ago, Xindong people lived 654.38+200,000 years ago, and Dingshan Cave lived 654.38+300,000 years ago.
Zhoukoudian site * * * has two parts: site area and museum, which is open to the public all the year round. 9 17 (Tianqiao-Zhang Fang) branch line, take bus No.38 at Zhoukoudian intersection to Zhoukoudian station. 90 1 Road, 90 1 Road Expressway (Qianmen-Yanhua Dongling), transfer to Fangshan 38 Road in Dadong Village to Zhoukoudian Station.
