For the sick Pomeranian dogs with severe vomiting and diarrhea like tomato juice or fish intestines, we mainly consider strengthening the heart and rehydrating, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, hemostasis and analgesia. For sick dogs whose body temperature has dropped below 37.5℃, their heart sounds are weak, and their blood pressure has dropped, intramuscular injection of caffeine sodium 1 ~ 2ml or adrenaline 1~2mL will keep their body temperature above 36℃. If it is lower than 36℃, most of them have poor prognosis.
Hemostasis can be stopped by intramuscular injection of 2mL of Zhixuemin or VK32mL twice a day until the bloody dysentery gradually stops. If it still doesn't work, you can use Yunnan Baiyao combined with gentamicin, 50% glucose, Vc and appropriate warm water for intestinal lavage, enema or oral administration, 1 time/day, and take it twice.
Give Pomeranian dogs astringent, antidiarrheal, spasmolytic and analgesic effects.
The injection of "Shensan 72 Zhixieling" produced by Jiangxi Minxing Veterinary Medicine Factory was injected intramuscularly at a weight of 0.2mL/kg, twice a day. Pour 5 ~10g of poppy shell into the decoction for 6 times, 5 ~10ml each time, twice a day.
For Pomeranian dogs suspected of viral enteritis, 4mL of "Dog Anti-Five Serum" produced by Nanjing Police Dog Research Institute can be injected intramuscularly, twice a day for 3 ~ 4 days. Dogs with bloody dysentery are weak, so special attention should be paid to cold and warmth. Dogs with no appetite can drop a small amount of digestible juice such as yogurt or rice soup, and let the sick dog rest quietly.
For bacterial dog dysentery, antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs are mainly used, supplemented by rehydration. Chalcone antibacterial drugs are generally used, which can take effect in 2 ~ 3 days. For dogs with bloody stools caused by parasites, anthelmintics (such as albendazole 25mg/kg body weight) can be taken together with hemostatic drugs and anti-infective drugs.
Friends must pay attention to the bloody stool of Pomeranian dogs, indicating that the dogs are ill. In another case, the dog ate something sharp and scratched his stomach, which led to bloody stool. Therefore, dogs are usually forbidden to touch sharp objects, so as not to eat them when they are curious and greedy.
