Seven categories of people who meet special circumstances: minor children of the population should be resettled within the scope of demolition; Cadres, workers and their accompanying families who need to be transferred back to this city due to work have settled in the immediate family members within the scope of demolition; Because of retirement, resignation from the city to move back to the demolition within the scope of the family; Seafarers, crew members, field explorers, students and other personnel move back to their residences within the scope of demolition; Residents of this city cancel their accounts within the scope of demolition due to reasons such as enlistment and going abroad, and then restore their accounts; Residents of this Municipality cancel their accounts within the scope of demolition because they are serving their sentences, being reeducated through labor, being declared missing or dead by the people's court, and then resume their accounts; Other circumstances stipulated by the municipal government. The above seven kinds of people can be identified as the population in need of resettlement.
3. Six categories of people without other housing: minors with permanent residence in this city, whose parents belong to the population to be resettled within the scope of demolition; Seafarers, crew members, field explorers, students and other people who have moved out of the demolished houses (except those who have been married in other places); Persons whose accounts have been cancelled due to enlistment; Persons whose accounts have been cancelled due to serving sentences or reeducation through labor; Persons whose registered permanent residence is not in this city actually live in the house to be demolished due to marriage, and have obtained the house demolition permit for two years, and their spouses belong to the resettlement population within the scope of demolition; Other circumstances stipulated by the municipal government. The above six kinds of people can be identified as the population in need of resettlement.
