Digital photo requirements
1. The photo used in the "Second Generation Card" is a digital image of the applicant's recent color bareheaded portrait, which is located on the right side of the back of the ID card, with a specification of 32 mm× 26 mm, that is, the digital photo is 358 pixels (width )× 441pixel (height).
2. The head portrait is slightly higher than the horizontal center in the photo rectangular frame, in which the face width is 207 14 pixels, the hair on the top of the head is 7-2 1 pixel away from the upper edge of the photo, and the eye position is not less than 207 pixels away from the lower edge of the photo. When the hair on the top of the head and the distance between the eye position and the lower edge of the photo cannot meet the above requirements at the same time, the eye position should be kept away from the lower edge of the photo first.
3. The resolution is 350dpi, 24-bit RGB true color mode, JPEG compression technology, and the compression quality factor is 70 (the file capacity of general photos is between14k-20kbytes).
4. It is stipulated that residents should not wear standard clothes and their hair should not cover their eyebrows. Residents who often wear glasses should wear glasses. It requires clear portraits, rich levels, natural expressions and no obvious distortion. White background, no border.
5. The second generation adopts contactless IC card technology, with specifications of 85.6mm×54.0mm× 1.0mm (length× width× thickness). The chip is used as machine-readable memory, and the chip and circuit coil are packaged in the card. Use database technology and network technology to store and query certificate information, and realize nationwide online quick query and identity identification.
Text requirements for photos of second-generation ID cards
There is no requirement for hair length. If there is hair partially covering the eyebrows, make it up when taking pictures.
Photo requirements for second-generation resident identity cards
The second-generation ID card adopts the recent color photo image of the citizen himself. In order to ensure the unity of photo quality and face size, angle, posture and color, the Ministry of Public Security has formulated and issued the Technical Standard for Making Digital Photos with Resident Identity Cards. The photos used must be recent bareheaded and have no standard clothes. Residents who often wear glasses should wear glasses, with their heads accounting for 2/3 of the photo size, white background without borders, clear portraits, rich levels, natural expressions and no obvious distortion. The photo size is 32 mm× 26 mm In order to facilitate residents to take photos and do a good job in collecting human phase information, all localities can take photos in two ways:
1. Citizens take photos in the photo studio, and provide color photos that meet the standards when applying for the permit. The image information is obtained by computer scanning by the accreditation personnel;
2. Citizens go to the registration office to take photos with digital cameras and directly collect image information that meets the standards.
