This organ has officially accepted the application for government information disclosure since 1 2007.

Citizens, legal persons or other organizations apply for government information disclosure through the Internet, and the petition room of the Provincial Supervision Department guides online communicators to accept it.

Citizens, legal persons or other organizations apply for the disclosure of government information by means of letters, faxes and telegrams. The accepting institution is the Supervision Comprehensive Office of the Provincial Supervision Department, and its office address is in the compound of the Fruit Lake Provincial Party Committee in Wuchang District, Wuhan. The office hours are from Monday to Friday, except legal holidays. This organ does not directly accept the application made by telephone, but the applicant can consult the corresponding service business by telephone.

(3) Application processing

After receiving the application, this organ will conduct a formal examination on whether the elements of the application are complete. If the elements are incomplete, it will return the application and ask the applicant to make corrections.

If the information applied for belongs to the information that has been voluntarily disclosed by this organ, this organ shall suspend the application procedure and inform the applicant of the ways and means to obtain the information.

The agency processes applications according to the order in which they are received. If several independent requests are made in one application at the same time, the agency will give a unified reply after all the requests are processed. In view of the fact that different requests may have different answers, in order to improve the processing efficiency, it is suggested that applicants apply separately for different requests.

Except in special circumstances, the organ shall reply to the application submitted by the applicant within 15 working days. If it is necessary to extend the reply period under special circumstances, the longest extension period shall not exceed 15 working days.
