3. Formulate various administrative rules and regulations of the company, urge subordinates to strictly implement the relevant administrative regulations of the company, do things according to the rules, and plan the administrative management of the company;

According to the company's operation and management situation and the requirements of the company's leaders, be responsible for organizing the drafting of comprehensive business plans, weekly work summaries, monthly work summaries and briefings, quarterly and annual work summaries, company instructions, notices and other official documents and letters, and reviewing the manuscripts to be issued;
5. Prepare for the shareholders' meeting, the board of directors and the general manager's office meeting, organize the preparation of meeting minutes and resolutions, and check the implementation of various business departments;
