Therefore, good health and love of consulting are the basic conditions for becoming an excellent consultant.
Second, good basic skills. According to the professional scope, consultants should have systematic and comprehensive theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience. For example, a marketing consultant needs systematic marketing theory knowledge and has been engaged in sales, market planning and marketing management for many years. Human resource consultants need to have systematic theoretical knowledge of human resources and have been engaged in human resource management for many years in enterprises.
Third, the knowledge is extensive and comprehensive.
