Office clerks usually do the following:
Responsible for the daily affairs of the general department; Responsible for printing and sending all kinds of manuscripts in the center, and collecting documents and materials in the center;
Conscientiously implement the laws, regulations, principles and policies of the party and the state and the central rules and regulations;
Responsible for the receipt, registration, receipt, return, sorting, filing and confidentiality of all kinds of documents;
Responsible for the daily management of the office, responsible for accepting complaints and visiting reception, sending and receiving faxes, attendance registration, answering phones, etc.
Responsible for the preparation of the central meeting, the drafting and distribution of meeting notices, and the arrangement of meeting minutes and written materials.
Responsible for collecting and writing relevant information and providing information reference and construction suggestions to leaders in time. Draw the related work that the leader should deal with as soon as possible;
Responsible for personnel, labor and warehouse management.
Complete other tasks assigned by the leaders.
