If the person subjected to execution fails to fulfill the obligations specified in the effective legal documents, and is under any of the circumstances specified in Article 1 of the Supreme People's Court's Several Provisions on Publishing the Information of the List of Persons Subjected to Dishonesty, the enforcement court will decide to include the person subjected to execution in the list of persons subjected to dishonesty according to the application of the person subjected to execution or ex officio, and publish it through the enforcement information network.

The Supreme People's Court has set up a single distribution and inquiry platform for the names of people who have been executed in bad faith in the national courts on the Internet (official website, the Supreme People's Court), and made the list information of people who have been executed in bad faith public. The public only needs to enter the name of the person who was executed for violating the trust. That is, information such as name, gender, age, ID number or organization code, execution court, province, execution basis document number, filing time, execution basis unit, obligations determined by effective legal documents, performance, performance, non-performance, specific behavior and release time of the executed person can be inquired.
