Low-rent housing application process:
1. families applying for low-rent housing security shall submit a written application to the neighborhood office or the town people's government where their household registration is located.
2. Sub-district offices or town people's governments shall, within 30 days from the date of accepting the application, examine whether the applicant's family income and family housing conditions meet the prescribed conditions, put forward preliminary examination opinions and post them, and submit the preliminary examination opinions and application materials to the county-level housing construction (housing security) department.
3. After receiving the preliminary results, the County Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Committee will feed back the family information of the security object to the public security (vehicle management), human resources and social security, social insurance, real estate, industry and commerce, taxation, housing provident fund and other departments within 7 working days.
All departments will feedback the results of the linkage audit to the county housing and urban-rural construction committee within 7 working days, and the county housing and construction (housing security) department will transfer the application materials of eligible applicants to the civil affairs department at the same level.
