Xiaogan bridge project is an important part of the "hundred-day attack" project-the connecting line project from Goushan to Xiaogan of National Highway 329. Building structure
Xiaogan Bridge is divided into two parts: the main bridge and the approach bridge. The span arrangement of the whole bridge is 3× 30m+5× (4× 30) m+(130+300+130) m+7× (3× 30) m+4× 30m. The main bridge is 560 meters long and is arranged in three spans. It is a prestressed concrete beam cable-stayed bridge with (130+300+ 130)m twin towers and double cable planes, and the stay cables adopt fan-shaped spatial cable planes. On both sides of the main bridge are small prestressed concrete box beams with 3~4 spans, which are simply supported first and then continuous (rigid frame). The bridge is arranged in a single frame with a clear width of 15m and a two-way 2% transverse slope.
The main girder of the main bridge adopts a single box and three rooms prestressed concrete structure, and transverse wind-resistant bearings are set between the towers and beams. The center of the box girder is 2.75m high, the total width of the box girder is 19m, the clear width of the bridge deck carriageway is 15m, and 0.5m anti-collision guardrails are set on both sides, and the outside of the guardrail is 1.5m stay cable anchorage area and maintenance carriageway area.
This bridge tower is made of diamonds. The cable tower is equipped with a middle beam and a lower beam, and the total height above the cap of the cable tower is113.5m. The tower column on the cable tower is a straight section with a height of 34.45m;: The middle tower column is 5 1.75m, and the lower tower column is 26.3m high. The tower column adopts hollow box section.
The stay cables are arranged in a fan-shaped space with two cable planes, each tower has *** 18 pairs of stay cables, and the whole bridge has *** 144 stay cables. Specifications are 9 1φ 7, 109φ 7, 127φ 7, 139φ 7, 163φ 7, 187φ 7,199φ 7.
30m simply supported and then continuous (rigid frame) box girder structure is adopted. The main girder of the approach bridge is divided into two types: simply supported first and then continuous and simply supported first and then rigid frame. The pier is about 5m high, and it is simply supported first and then rigid frame structure, including 3 ~ 6 and 8 ~ 12 approach bridges. The middle of the rigid frame is symmetrically consolidated with 1~2 piers and supported by rubber bearings on the side piers. The width of the approach bridge is 16m, and five small box beams are arranged horizontally. The height of the small box girder is 1.6m, and the piers of the small box girder of the approach bridge are all double-column piers and capping beams.
