Every day at seven or eight o'clock, I am responsible for students' class problems, and there are also some life problems during class hours. An active counselor should ask students more about what they need, about the classroom situation and the learning situation after class. When freshmen come, they should be able to guide and help them find relevant courses that suit them, and they must be trained. As far as I know, the requirements for academic qualifications are not low.
