I. Principles of Selection and Appointment The selection and appointment work should adhere to the employment standards of having both ability and political integrity, implement the principles of democracy, openness, competition and merit-based, ensure the quality of selection and appointment, and improve the quality of personnel.
Second, the number of positions and jobs.
It is planned to openly recruit 8 staff members of public institutions. For details of recruitment positions, numbers and requirements, please refer to the Open Recruitment Information Form of Public Institutions of Shijiazhuang Bureau of Landscape Architecture in 2022 (see annex).
Third, the object and conditions of employment
(a) hiring personnel should meet the following basic conditions:
1. has China nationality.
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws.
3. Have good conduct and professional ethics.
4. Have physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post.
5. The age is 18 years old and above, and 35 years old and below (born between 1986 65438+ 10/5 and 65438+ 10/5 in 2004).

(1) Publish a recruitment announcement
This selection was announced by Shijiazhuang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (), Shijiazhuang Personnel Examination Network () and Shijiazhuang Garden Bureau (/).
(2) Registration and qualification examination
Registration method:
1. On-site registration: applicants should hold 2 recent 1 inch color bareheaded photos, graduation certificate, degree certificate, dispatch certificate (registration card), ID card, relevant qualification certificate, original and copy of work experience certificate 1 copy, and fill in the registration form according to the post requirements, and each person is limited to 1 copy.

3. Registration place: Organization and Personnel Section of Shijiazhuang City Garden Bureau.
Relevant arrangements for the qualification examination. The qualification examination shall be organized and implemented by the employing unit and the competent department. Candidates are required to provide 1 inch color bareheaded recent photo, diploma, degree certificate, dispatch certificate (registration card), ID card, relevant qualification certificate, work experience certificate and other originals and copies, each 1 copy, and candidates will review it at the same time when registering.
(3) Examination
1, written test. The written test is in the form of a closed book, and the content of the test is public basic knowledge, with a full score of 100 and a time of 120 minutes. 60 is a qualified score. The written test does not specify the textbook or the scope of the test.
Time and place of written examination: the admission ticket issued after on-site registration and confirmation of examination qualification shall prevail.
2. Interview. Those who pass the written test enter the interview. The interview focuses on the comprehensive quality and job matching ability of candidates. A structured interview was conducted, with a score of 100, and the on-site score was 6 minutes. The interview time, place and related matters will be notified separately.
The written test and interview scores each account for 50%, and the total score is calculated and retained to two decimal places. The written test, interview and comprehensive scores are published on the website of the Municipal Bureau of Landscape Architecture (/).
(four) to determine the medical staff.
According to the comprehensive scores of candidates' written interview, the list of medical examiners is determined according to the ratio of the number of people participating in medical examination to the number of recruitment positions 1: 1. In case of tied scores, the candidates for physical examination shall be determined in the following order: those with higher written test scores, children or spouses of veterans, martyrs, those with higher academic qualifications (degrees) and those with longer grassroots work experience. If the tied person still can't determine the ranking order, try again on the spot.
(5) Physical examination
Physical examination items and standards shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of the General Standard for Civil Servant Physical Examination (Trial), and public hospitals with civil servant physical examination qualifications shall be selected for implementation. Time and place to be determined.
(6) access to archives.
The employing unit and the competent department of the unit shall inspect the political ideology, moral quality, working ability and realistic performance of the qualified personnel, and review the authenticity of personal files and relevant documents. If there are people who fail to pass the physical examination, inspection and file review or give up automatically, they will be replenished in turn among the candidates who have reached the interview score (60 points) in the same interview group. It will not be replenished after publicity.
(7) Publicity and employment
Those who have passed the examination, physical examination, investigation and file review will be publicized in Shijiazhuang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (), Shijiazhuang Personnel Examination Network () and Shijiazhuang Garden Bureau (/) for 7 days and accept social supervision. If there is no objection during the publicity period, the employing unit and the competent department shall put forward employment opinions, and after being filed by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the employment contract shall be signed in accordance with the relevant provisions, and relevant procedures such as mobility and salary shall be handled. If there is a problem with the publicity and there is evidence that does not meet the employment conditions, the qualification of the candidate to be hired will be cancelled. If there is a problem but it is difficult to verify at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire will be decided after verification and conclusion.
The employed personnel shall be given a probation period according to the relevant policies and regulations, and the probation period shall be calculated in the employment contract period. Those who pass the examination after the probation period are formally employed; Unqualified, cancel the employment.
