Suzhou Talent Service Center was established in 1984, which belongs to Suzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and refers to the deputy-level institutions managed by civil servants. Brand names such as Suzhou College Graduates Employment Guidance Center, Suzhou Talent Market Management Office and Suzhou High-level Talents One-stop Service Center have been added successively.
