Teachers and scientific research
There are 6 12 teachers, 2 13 senior titles and 500 part-time teachers in industrial enterprises. (4) Foreign communication
The college actively carries out foreign exchanges, constantly makes beneficial explorations, and seeks the cooperation of international education departments with high education and teaching quality, low cost and strong economic affordability for students and parents of ethnic minorities and border areas. On March 30th, 2007, Anatoly Tojik, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to China, and his wife visited our college and reached an agreement with our college on large-scale cooperation in the field of education. The ambassador held friendly and enthusiastic talks with the mayor of Hohhot, Tang, and both sides agreed that the educational cooperation between the two sides has a good foundation and great development space. The ambassador warmly invited President Li Huaizhu to visit Belarus. During the visit, President Li Huaizhu held talks with Belarusian 1 1 national universities on specific educational projects, and reached cooperation intentions or cooperation agreements with eight of them. The cooperative education specialty covers more than 20 majors in our college. With the approval of the Education Department of the Autonomous Region and the Ministry of Education, about 500 international students can be sent to Belarus every year, and the visit has achieved great success. Previously, the college had signed a joint school-running contract with Vitebsk State University and southern institute of technology. Four joint education projects in two countries * * * enrolled 9 1 student. In the practice of running a school, the college has inherited the fine tradition of a hundred years, carried forward the spirit of educating people for a hundred years, and accumulated rich teaching and management experience. After experts and scholars condensed the school-running spirit, they took "cultivating the mind and cultivating the nature, applying what they have learned" as our school motto, which was unanimously recognized by all teachers and students, and was personally inscribed by Ji Lian, vice chairman of the autonomous region, when he visited our school on September 14, 2006.
