Efficacy and function of Nino green tea

Nino tea is named after it is produced in Nino Mountain, Changning County, Baoshan District. 1987, Anthony Audi, an expert from FAO, visited Changning and was full of praise after drinking this tea. 1988, Sri Lankan tea expert Goering went to Changning, and after tasting it, he called it "the best in tea". Nino tea "has a tightly coiled shape, exposed hairline, green and oily color, clear and bright soup color, fresh and refreshing aroma, and tender, smooth and even leaves."

According to legend, as early as the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty (A.D. 1368- 1398), monks and nuns of Biyun Temple in Changning County planted high-quality tea, which was called "Biyun Fairy Tea". There was another development in Ming and Qing Dynasties. There is an ancient tea tree in Wenquan Township near Nino Mountain, which was cultivated more than 200 years ago. In the twenties and thirties of this century, farmers began to grow tea in pieces, but due to inconvenient transportation, backward technology and slow development. After the establishment of People's Republic of China (PRC), the people's government gave full play to the advantages of 70% of the county's areas suitable for tea, and vigorously developed tea production. By 1990, the tea garden area in the county has reached 1 1 10,000 mu. 1983 recommended Changning County to join the tea technology popularization network of seven provinces and cities in China.

Mount Nino is located in the low latitude plateau, with fresh air, abundant sunshine, overlapping mountains, abundant clouds and long fog period. Whenever there is little rain in late autumn and early spring, the valley in the dam area around Nino Mountain is covered with white fog. The land here is fertile, sandy yellow soil, loose structure, ventilation and water permeability, thus forming the unique ecological environment of Nino tea. Nino tea is made from big leaf tea produced in Nino mountain area.
