If the applicant does not apply for an identity card, he must submit a photo of the household registration certificate issued by the local police station, and the military only needs to submit the identity certificate.
(3) In case of agency application, the principal shall sign the "signature of the principal" column of the applicant and submit the identity certificate of the principal.

1. The Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao is valid for 5 years. On September 5, 20 14, 14, the regulations on electronic travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao were fully implemented.
2. The validity period of the adult electronic pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao is extended to 10 year, and people under the age of 16 still issue a valid pass for 5 years.
Three. Endorsements for mainland residents traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macao are divided into six categories: individual tour (G), visiting relatives (T), business tour (S), group tour (L), other (Q) and stay (D), which are issued upon application.
Four. The validity of Hong Kong G sign and L sign are: 3 months 1 time, 2 times in 3 months, 0 years 1 time and 0 years 1 time respectively. Macao's endorsement only takes 3 months 1 time, 1 year 1 time. The endorsement stipulates that each stay in Hong Kong or Macao shall not exceed 7 days, and one entry and one exit shall be counted.
5. Take 1 year 1 time as an example. It does not mean that 1 year can only go to 1 time, but that the validity of the endorsement is 1 year, and you can apply for an endorsement again when you travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao within 1 year.
