At the same time, the "red light" of land, resources and ecology is becoming more and more dazzling.
Wuxi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government clearly realize that to break through the bottleneck of development, we must rely on science and technology as the primary productive force and change the investment-driven into the innovation-driven one. Where is the focus of innovation? Increasing investment in science and technology, introducing science and technology projects and promoting technological transformation all seem feasible methods, but they don't seem to work hard.

The introduction of returnees is not original in Wuxi, and the amount of support is not the highest. Why is Wuxi's "530" plan welcomed by returnees?

Therefore, Wuxi municipal government integrates the city's scientific and technological resources, establishes seven scientific and technological service platforms for "530" enterprises, provides technical support for the research and development of "530" enterprises, reduces the cost of starting a business and shortens the industrialization cycle. For example, Wuxi Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau is a scientific and technological service platform for mechanical and electrical products; Jiangsu Institute of Schistosomiasis Control and Wuxi Institute of Drug Control are public science and technology service platforms for biomedicine; The 58th Research Institute of CLP Group is a public technical service platform for integrated circuits. Yang, chairman of Wuxi Hebang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. told the reporter that in the past two years, Hebang Bio has used the instruments and equipment of Jiangsu Institute of Schistosomiasis Control for research and development. They simply can't afford the equipment here. The total investment of biological vaccines and animal laboratories alone exceeds 30 million yuan, while Hebang Bio only needs to pay the platform rent of 200,000 yuan a year.
Enterprise management is the weakness of technical talents, so Wuxi specially arranged dozens of local successful entrepreneurs to pair up with "530" talents to be their entrepreneurial mentors. The general manager of Wuxi Jialishen Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. was founded by Zhang Lianlong, the general manager of Wuxi Jiante Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Today, 276 "530" enterprises settled in Wuxi are all emerging industries such as new energy, new materials, integrated circuits, software development and biomedicine. Most of their technologies have reached the international frontier level. Among them, dozens of enterprises have completed industrialization, and high-tech products have begun to emerge in the market. It is estimated that the sales revenue of enterprises above "530" will exceed 10 by the end of this year. The gathering of these enterprises also attracted IBM's first commercial "cloud computing center" to settle in Wuxi Binhu Science and Technology Pioneer Park, providing high-tech enterprises with the latest technology and resource integration services for efficient data processing.
"530" enterprises have promoted the transformation and upgrading of local enterprises in Wuxi while developing themselves. Yu Yuan, general manager of Wuxi Wake Group, is the entrepreneurial mentor of Feng Xiangguang, general manager of Wuxi Fudao Microelectronics Co., Ltd., a "530" enterprise. After more than two years of cooperation, the tutor became an investor.
