What are the contents of government information disclosure?

Legal subjectivity:

The principles of government information disclosure include justice, fairness and convenience. In principle, all public information should be disclosed voluntarily, but information involving state secrets and information that may harm the public interest can be kept confidential. Personal information shall not be disclosed in principle, but it may be disclosed with the consent of the obligee, upon application and necessary for public interests.

Legal objectivity:

Article 5 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on the Openness of Government Information shall adhere to the principles of fairness, justice, legality and convenience, with openness as the norm and non-disclosure as the exception. Article 6 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on the Openness of Government Information shall be made public by administrative organs in a timely and accurate manner. If an administrative organ finds false or incomplete information that affects or may affect social stability and disrupt the order of social and economic management, it shall issue accurate government information for clarification.
