Zhuanghe University Town has two universities, Haihua College of Liaoning Normal University and dalian polytechnic university College of Arts and Information Engineering. Haihua College of Liaoning Normal University was established in 2000. It is a full-time undergraduate college approved by the Ministry of Education and organized by Liaoning Normal University. It focuses on literature, with the coordinated development of law, science, engineering, management, art and education. Dalian polytechnic university College of Arts and Information Engineering, located in zhuanghe city, Dalian, Liaoning Province, is an independent college of ordinary colleges and universities approved by the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Education in June 2002.
