(three) the content meets the requirements and the annexes are complete and effective, and the local road transport management institution shall accept it and issue a notice of acceptance; Fill in the content does not meet the requirements or the attachment is incomplete and invalid, issue a Notice of Material Correction, and then re-examine it according to the procedure.
(four) the road transport management institution shall, within 20 days after accepting the case, check the filing matters and the filing information. If the record is qualified, the car rental business record certificate will be issued.
