6) Then stir-fry sour bamboo shoots, peppers, garlic, ginger and other ingredients. After the fragrance comes out, you can pour the water into the snail and stir it constantly. At this time, you should also put the aniseed juice in and stir it together.
7) Then add bone soup and bring to a boil over medium heat.
8) After about 20-30 minutes (the snail must be cooked), you can add the marinated chicken pieces and soak them slowly with slow fire until cooked, about 8- 10 minutes. If you want the chicken to be tender and smooth, you can only soak it in the soup of boiled snails, and then put the snails back.
